We Open Oven Roast & Naturally Hardwood Smoke all our main line products for Old Fashioned flavor and appearance. We use no MSG in our plant. Most of our products are trimmed to qualify as 95-99% Fat Free. Our new state of the art facility will allow us to continue to bring new and innovative products to our customers.

At Lower Foods, we offer a full range of traditional Premium beef, pork, and poultry foodservice and retail deli items.
To provide the highest quality to our customers, our entire facility and all products are Allergen, Gluten, MSG Free and all items are reduced or low sodium. Most of our open roasted and naturally hardwood smoked items are trimmed to 95- 99% Fat Free.
All of our smoked meats are naturally hardwood smoked, no liquid smoke added. We open oven roast all our main line products for old fashioned flavor and appearance.
